Greg McAfee is founder and President of McAfee. As the story goes, he started in 1990 with $274, a used pick up truck and a dream. His motivation, drive and outside the box thinking makes McAfee one of the top HVAC companies in the Miami Valley area. Greg will tell you what makes his company successful is the great people he surrounds himself with and emphasis put the Japanese term "Kaizen". Greg is a proud former Marine... Semper Fi!

Patty H. is the Controller/Office Manager. Her 30+ years of accounting and management experience keeps our office staff strong and our finances in order. Patty is known for her great attitude, and exceptional attendance record, missing only a few days in 9 years. She balances to the penny and is very dependable! Where would we be without her?

Angie D. is our Service Coordinator. She works with the Service department, assists in dispatching technicians, and is the personal assistant to the President, Greg McAfee. She has been with us over 8 years. Angie is very efficient in resolving any challenge a customer may have and in keeping the Service department running smoothly. She is a great asset to our company!

Candice S. is a Customer Service Specialist. In 2 years she has worked her way up from part-time to full time and now sits at the front desk of our newest Hempstead facility. Candice’s determination to get things done fits our “McAfee Way” perfectly. She has a flair for learning fast and is a great asset to our company!

Ashley B. is a Customer Service Specialist. Ashley brings many years experience and for 2 years has advanced in our 2nd shift division. She is a quick learner with a great attitude. She is a great asset to our company!

Jessi H. is a great asset to our team. She has a "can do" attitude and loves a good challenge. Jessi has been with us for over 2 years and excels as our "Business Analyst." She brings much excitement and motivation to our team and is great at metrics and goal setting. We are glad she is on the McAfee team!

Dawn O. is our Accounting Assistant and has a BS in Business Administration with an Accounting Major from the Ohio State University (Go Bucks!). She enjoys all aspects of accounting and has over 20 years experience working in it. She is a great asset to our team.

Tabitha W.is a Customer Service Specialist. Her great attitude and prior HVAC office experience makes her a great addition to our 2nd shift team!

Katie M. is a Customer Service Specialist. She's a hard worker with a great attitude. She's a great asset to our 2nd shift team!

Chris B. is the Lead Technician and has been with McAfee for 16 years. Chris started here out of High School/Trade School and has excelled ever since. He has his degree from the Universal Technical Institute and is certified in different HVAC systems including all N.A.T.E. certifications. He is the Guru of troubleshooting and training! Where would we be without him?

Kevin T. is our Director of Field Operations. He oversees our Installation, Service and Indoor Air Quality departments. Kevin is a hard worker, thorough, and extremely competent. He has been with McAfee for 12+ years and personally inspects every installation. His many years of experience in the HVAC industry allows him to be very diversified.

Jason G. is a Service Technician who came to McAfee during his Trade School years as a Trainee. Jason had the aptness to learn fast and is a great technician. He is N.A.T.E certified and is known to take on any job without a complaint. He has been with McAfee for 8+ years.

Dwayne S. is our Lead Installer and brings over 30 years experience and knowledge to the team. He is very dependable, reliable and has what we call “sticktivity”, meaning he stays with a job until it’s not only done, but done right! Dwayne has been with McAfee for 8+ years and is N.A.T.E. certified.

Kip D. is a Lead Installer. He brings a great attitude to the team. He doesn’t let anything get him down. He is very flexible and does not mind doing different jobs everyday. Kip has been with McAfee for 6+ years and is N.A.T.E. certified.

Denny C. works in our Air Duct Cleaning department and is training to be an installer. He is a very hard worker and can be very flexible at performing different jobs throughout the day. He has been with us over 3 years. He is a great asset to the team!

Mike K. is our Lead Air Duct Cleaner. He has many years experience in the building industry along with management experience. He's very meticulous in what he does and makes sure ductwork is cleaned to McAfee Standards. We are glad he is on our team.

Richard (Mac) M. is our Warehouse Manager and runs the Barney Ave. location. Mac brings over 35 years of warehouse and transportation skills. He keeps our inventory in perfect order and is a great asset to our team!

Jim A. is our Residential Comfort Advisor (Sales). Jim brings many years of sales experience to the team and is a high achiever. He is a great asset to our team.

Gary G. is an Air Duct Cleaner. Gary is presently in the military and serves our country proudly! Currently, he has been called to active duty (Iraq) and is now on leave for one year. Please remember Gary and all the other men and women who protect our freedom and keep them in your prayers.

Louis R. is a Lead Installer and has over 20 years experience in installing HVAC Systems. He has great leadership ability along with a great attitude. We are glad he's on our team.

David R. is a Service Technician. He is new to the team and brings a great attitude and enthusiasm. We are glad he's joined our team.

Paul C. is a Service Technician with over 20 years experience. He has a great attitude and and brings many ideas to the team. We are glad he joined us and makes a great addition to our team.

Jason W. is an Installer. This new team member is a hard worker with a great attitude and we are glad he’s joined our team. Jason also served in the Marine Corps.
