"Your team arrived on time and did a professional job cleaning all of our air ducts. They even pulled out a 20 year old Coke can from the vents, yet our vents had supposedly been cleaned by another company less than 10 years ago. Service Call

"I called at 8:00 am the day after the Labor Day weekend to request a service call for my A/C which was not working, expecting to hear that it would be several days before someone could respond. I was surprised to be told someone would be here between 11:00 and 1:00. Then, the technician called at 10:16 to let me know he would be here even earlier than expected. With an older unit, I was prepared to hear that we would need a new system. However, Charles immediately discovered a burned out capacitor, replaced it, and had us back in operation. We obviously will need to replace our A/C in the next year or so. There is no question that we will call upon McAfee for that service."

Furnace cleaning today.

"Troy came to our home today for an annual furnace inspection. He was on time, courteous, and got done in a timely manner. When the furnace was done, he took time to check out our Carbon Monoxide machine. He replaced ours with a new one, and took the time to explain to me how to use it, and what to look for if something was going wrong. He also did a quick look at our AC as the bathroom light blinked when it came on this morning. He suggested we hose the cord off, and the sides, and it will be good. He was pleasant, and did an excellent job."
