"Brian and Roe came out last week to clean air ducts in my condo. They were on time and did a nice job. Brian answered my questions and advised that my existing furnace filter should be bigger and gave me the exact size I should use. I like that they wore shoe covers inside and vacuumed loose debris around the indoor furnace before leaving. I will continue to use McAfee in the future and highly recommend them to others."

"Jason was very professional and friendly on a winter check-up. He adjusted the filter slot making it very easy to replace. Easily fixed a problem we had tolerated for years! Gave us a tip to try running the fan continuously when very cold to better circulate warm air and reduce run time on the heat pump. Thanks!"

Jason was very knowledgeable with over 25 years of experience and it showed! He was very professional and took the time to explain to me what was going on with my unit. I had to purchase a new heating and cooling unit and I am so thrilled with my purchase! The crew, Andy, Shawn, the other young man's name escapes me who assisted with the installation, and Michael were awesome! Yeah, it cost a mint that I was not prepared to spend, but I felt good about it! I love my new unit! I loved dealing with individuals who made me feel so comfortable with this huge purchase and were not out to get me. The only regret I have is that I should have called McAfee in the place place!
